Attention danger!Carence en vitamine D.

La « vitamine D » a fait les gros titres depuis le début de la pandémie du virus Corona, car de nombreux articles scientifiques et spécialisés ont été publiés sur les avantages de cette vitamine unique et sa capacité à lutter contre le virus.

La plupart des études ont lié de faibles niveaux de “vitamine D” à un risque accru d’infection par le coronavirus.

Plusieurs études ont assuré que bien que les gens soient conscients de l’importance de cette vitamine, la plupart des gens souffrent encore de sa carence, comme cela a été enregistré dans une étude qui comprenait 4 495 adultes américains dont environ 42% d’entre eux souffrent d’une carence en vitamine D.

Les spécialistes confirment la présence de 4 principaux risques majeurs en cas de carence en vitamine D qui sont :

1- Le risque de développer un cancer : la carence en vitamine D peut exposer une personne à un risque plus élevé de développer différents types de cancer sans même des antécédents familiaux de cancer ou sans même être exposé à des facteurs de risque pour certains types de cette maladie et cela serait dû à la mauvaise réponse immunitaire qui se produit avec un faible taux de vitamine D et engendre l’apparition de tumeurs malignes.

2- Le corps sera sensible à toutes les maladies : la vitamine D est principalement associée au système immunitaire du corps humain, de sorte que son faible niveau entraîne une faiblesse et une inefficacité de ce système. Cela se produit parce que la vitamine D est si essentielle à l’homéostasie des lymphocytes T en augmentant les cellules T régulatrices, qui à leur tour maintiennent le système immunitaire en bonne santé. De plus la vitamine D augmente une protéine qui aide à combattre l’infection connue sous le nom de cathélicidine”.

3- Une sensation constante de fatigue et de douleur :une personne peut parfois souffrir d’une fatigue inexpliquée, c’est-à-dire non associée à un effort musculaire ou intellectuel, et beaucoup peuvent se sentir surpris à cause de cette condition, mais cela peut être dû à un manque de vitamine D et c’est parce que la vitamine D joue un rôle essentiel dans la santé des os et la force musculaire. Obtenir suffisamment de vitamine D peut également réduire l’inflammation dans ces tissus, ce qui peut calmer la douleur à l’intérieur, réduire la sensation de fatigue en même temps.

En plus, la vitamine D est le régulateur central de nombreuses hormones, il n’est donc pas étonnant que les personnes carencées finissent par se sentir fatiguées et courbaturées.

4- La carence en vitamines est très dangereuse pour la santé cardiaque : les maladies cardiaques sont la première cause de décès dans le monde, et selon l’article, de faibles niveaux de vitamine D peuvent jouer un rôle important dans le risque de maladie cardiovasculaire. Le cœur a besoin de vitamine D pour aider à améliorer l’absorption des électrolytes dans le muscle cardiaque.

Selon une revue de recherche publiée en 2018 dans la revue Clinical Hypertension, de faibles niveaux de vitamine D sont associés à des taux plus élevés d’hypertension artérielle et à une incidence plus élevée de décès par maladie cardiovasculaire.
