2 tasses de farine
1 tasse de farine de pois chiche
2 cuillères à soupe de levure chimique
1 cuillère à café d’anis fin
½ tasse d’huile végétale
¾ tasse de mélasse de caroubier
¾ tasse d’eau
2 cuillères à soupe de sésame
Mélanger la farine avec la farine de pois chiche, la levure chimique et l’anis.
Ajouter l’huile, la mélasse et l’eau. Bien mélanger jusqu’à homogénéité.
Essuyer un plateau de taille 20 x 30 cm avec de l’huile végétale et y étaler le mélange, saupoudrer le sésame sur la surface.
Cuire la plaque dans un four préchauffé à 180°C pendant 30 minutes.
