Ingrédients :
250 g de farine – 2 œufs organiques (car si la poule n’est pas élevée dans des cages, elle ne souffre pas et ne nous transmet pas de cellules cancérogènes)
25 cl de lait de soja – 25 cl d’eau – 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile – 1 petite pincée de sel de l’Himalaya
Temps total : 10 min
Préparation : 5 min
Cuisson : 5 min
Avant tout il faudrait bien battre les œufs, puis, y ajouter la farine, ensuite, additionner petit à petit le lait de soja et l’eau à la mixture. (Bien mélanger pour ne pas avoir de grumeaux).
Enfin, ajouter l’huile et le sel de l’Himalaya.
Pour la cuisson, huiler légèrement une poêle, y verser une louche du mélange, laisser cuire sur feu doux pendant 5 minutes puis retirer du feu. Répéter l’opération jusqu’à la fin du mélange.
