La gelée se compose de jus de fruits à haute teneur en pectine et de citron auxquels s’ajoute le sucre. Lorsque ces substances sont portées à ébullition, elles produisent la gelée. Il existe des types de gelée qui sont fabriqués à base de pectine, de sucre et d’eau a proportions égales, en plus de colorants artificiels et de matières qui donnent le goût et l’odeur de la gelée.
Aujourd’hui, j’aimerais partager avec vous une recette de gelée fait maison.
C’est une recette facile à faire, délicieuse et surtout préparée avec des produits naturels sans additifs.
Ingrédients :
400g de fraises
1 verre d’eau
200g de sucre
40g de gélatine végétale en poudre
Pour la décoration :
1 banane
1 pomme
1 kiwi
100g d’ananas
50 de cerises dénoyautées
Dans une casserole, versez l’eau et ajoutez-y les 400g de fraises.
Mélangez à l’aide d’un mixer électrique pour obtenir un liquide homogène. Faites chauffer à feu doux jusqu’à ébullition. Additionnez-y le sucre tout en agitant. Ajoutez la gélatine végétale en poudre sans arrêter de mélanger. Versez ce mélange dans moule et laissez refroidir à température ambiante.Décorez la gelée encore molle avec les fruits après les avoir épluchés et découpés en morceaux puis, mettez-la au frigo pour 12 heures.Au moment de la servir, démoulez ce délicieux dessert et servez-le bien frais.
