INGRÉDIENTS:
200 g de chocolat pâtissier
100 g de tofu.
3 œufs de basse-cour (baladeh)
50 g de sucre
Cassez les œufs, en séparant les blancs des jaunes. Battez vigoureusement le sucre et les jaunes d’œufs, afin d’obtenir une crème blanchie.
Rajoutez le tofu et mélangez bien.
Faîtes fondre le chocolat et incorporez-le au mélange précédent.
Montez les blancs en neige et incorporez-y la crème doucement et petit à petit.
Placez votre mousse dans des verrines et laissez au frigo pendant 2 heures.
Pour un plaisir meilleur, vous pouvez incorporer de petits grains de chocolat à la mousse ou du chocolatt fondu, qui, en refroidissant, sera craquant !
