Je promène souvent mon chien du côté de l’hôtel Monte Mare, attirée par la tranquillité des lieux entourés par une petite oliveraie et quelques pins et par le roulement continu des vagues qui se couchent sur la plage. Mon intérêt ou plutôt ma curiosité entre nous, m’ont poussée l’autre jour à m’y pénétrer. Là, j’ai rencontré la directrice, une charmante dame au sourire radiant, au regard transparent et lumineux comme la mer, dont l’hôtel a une excellente vue.
Nancy, puisque c’est son nom, m’a fait faire un tour dans l’hôtel aux chambres bien équipées, d’un décor simple et confortable, tout en maintenant une touche de glamour qui marque l’ensemble de l’établissement.
Bien que simple visiteuse et non pas cliente, le personnel, d’une amabilité remarquable, s’est occupé de moi. Ce que j’ai trouvé très professionnel. Mais le plus surprenant pour moi a été la propreté : l’hôtel, de sa piscine à son parking, à sa réception, à ses chambres, brille comme un sous neuf.
