Les maux du quotidien (gorge, estomac et pieds lourds : un remède simple et oublié.
Comme je l’évoquais dans mon article sur les bienfaits du bicarbonate en beauté, ce petit trésor blanc, discret et bon marché, cache des vertus étonnantes pour la santé. Un allié doux, naturel, presque magique… capable d’apaiser tous les maux…. ou presque.
Les malaises digestifs : quand l’estomac se rebelle.
Qui n’a jamais connu cette brûlure sourde, ce feu intérieur après un repas trop riche, trop lourd à digérer? Le bicarbonate de soude agit comme un baume.
Il suffit d’une cuillère à café diluée dans un verre d’eau tiéde. Buvez doucement. La sensation de soulagement viendra rapidement.
Mieux encore : une pincée dans votre plat pendant la cuisson facilitera la digestion.
Mais attention… Ce remède n’est pas pour tous. Évitez-le si vous souffrez d’hypertension, d’insuffisance rénale ou si vous êtes enceinte ou en période d’allaitement. Les enfants de moins de cinq ans doivent aussi s’en abstenir.
Les douleurs des pieds : apaiser le pas fatigué.
Après la marche, aprés l’effort… quand les pieds crient en silence, écoutez-les. Plongez-les dans un bain d’eau tiède, enrichi d’une tasse de bicarbonate de soude.
Fermez les yeux. Respirez. En quinze minutes, vos pieds seront plus légers, plus sereins. Un rituel simple, presque sacré.
Les maux de gorge : voix éraillée, douleur murmurée.
Quand la gorge se noue, quand les mots deviennent douloureux… Il est temps d’invoquer un vieux remède. Mélangez une cuillère de bicarbonate dans un verre d’eau tiède. Ajoutez le jus d’un demi-citron. Gargarisez. Répétez chaque jour. La douleur finira par s’envoler. Comme un mauvais rêve dissipé à l’aube.
Soulager les maux sans chimie.
Le bicarbonate, c’est l’élégance de la simplicité. Un geste ancien, un savoir doux, à la portée de tous. Un ami fidèle pour accompagner nos douleurs passagères. Prenons soin de nous, doucement. Naturellement.
