Un pot de lentilles pour changer le monde.
Manger moins de viande, c’est un petit geste… mais un grand pas. Pour notre santé, pour notre planète. Au début, cela semble difficile. Mais croyez-moi : on s’y fait.
Et même, on y prend goût. Aujourd’hui, je vous présente une recette savoureuse et facile idéale pour un repas végétarien en famille ; le pot de lentilles et d’épinards.
Un plat pour vos soupers en famille.
Ce que je vous propose, c’est simple. Un plat végétarien, savoureux, rassasiant.
Un pot de lentilles, oui, mais pas n’importe lequel : Un plat complet, parfumé, coloré,
À partager en famille, sans regret et sans viande.
Ingrédients pour ce pot réconfortant.
Pour 4 personnes, il vous faut :
- 2 cuillères d’huile d’olive
- ½ oignon, haché
- 2 carottes, en petits dés
- 2 branches de céleri, coupées
- 20 cl de vin blanc
- 250 g de lentilles vertes, rincées
- 2 pommes de terre, coupées
- 1 litre de bouillon de légumes
- 1 feuille de laurier, du thym, du persil
- 20 cl de crème liquide (ou crème végétale)
- 300 g d’épinards hachés
Un pot de légumes plein de douceur.
J’ai chauffé doucement l’huile dans une sauteuse. Puis l’oignon, les carottes, le céleri… Je les ai laissés fondre doucement. Pendant dix minutes. Pas une de plus.
J’ai versé le vin. L’ai laissé s’évaporer, comme un soupir. Puis les lentilles, les pommes de terre, les herbes… J’ai tout réuni, et couvert de bouillon. Juste assez pour frémir, pour mijoter.
Un pot de légumes aux parfums d’herbes et d’épinards.
Trente minutes ont passé. Les légumes sont devenus tendres. Alors, j’ai écrasé le tout… un peu… Juste assez pour créer cette texture crémeuse. Ni purée, ni soupe. Mais un cœur chaud et généreux.
J’ai retiré les herbes. Ajouté la crème. Les épinards, enfin, pour la fraîcheur et la couleur. Un tour de sel, un soupçon de poivre. Et le plat était prêt.
Un pot de lentilles, un pas vers demain.
Changer ses habitudes, ça commence là.
Le soir. Un nouveau repas. Un pot de lentilles partagé autour de la table. Avec ceux qu’on aime. Et cette impression douce… De faire du bien, sans renoncer au plaisir.
