Qui n’aime pas le chocolat ? Et qui n’aime pas les gâteaux au chocolat ? Sûrement pas moi.. Alors j’ai pensé préparer ce gâteau et partager la recette avec vous.
Ingrédients: 340 g farine de blé, 60 g cacao en poudre, 240 g sucre semoule, 1/2 sachet levure chimique, 400 ml lait de soja, 160 ml huile végétale neutre en goût, 1/4 c. à café sel, 1 c. à café café soluble pour renforcer le goût du cacao .
Ganache au chocolat: 200 g chocolat noir à pâtisser, 200 g crème de soja, 1/2 c. à café fleur de sel.
Préparation:
Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Mettez tous les ingrédients secs dans un saladier et mélangez bien. Ajoutez tous les ingrédients humides et mélangez jusqu’à obtenir une pâte homogène, sans trop travailler. Tapotez le saladier pour faire remonter les bulles d’air à la surface, et coulez dans un moule, huilé et fariné. Cuisez pendant 50 minutes environ, jusqu’à ce qu’une lame de couteau plantée à cœur ressorte sèche. Attendez que le gâteau soit bien tiède avant de démouler. Coupez le chocolat en petits morceaux, faites chauffer la crème de soja jusqu’à ébullition et versez sur le chocolat.
Remuez avec une cuillère (évitez le fouet qui incorpore de l’air dans la préparation) jusqu’à obtenir un mélange bien lisse. Si de petits morceaux subsistent, remettez à chauffer au bain marie ou quelques secondes au micro ondes. Versez sur le gâteau refroidi (j’insiste, sinon ça va couler de partout et même pénétrer dans la mie du gâteau) et lissez ou décorez à l’aide d’une spatule. Saupoudrez de fleur de sel.
Je vous conseille de consommer ce gâteau à température ambiante, la ganache sera fondante et le gâteau plus moelleux, mais le mieux est de le conserver au frais à cause de la ganache.
