La gelée de fruits maison, simple, saine et colorée.
La gelée, on la connaît bien. Elle nous rappelle souvent l’enfance, les goûters colorés, les desserts frais. Mais que contient-elle vraiment ?
Traditionnellement, la gelée de fruits se compose de jus de fruits riches en pectine. On y ajoute un peu de citron et du sucre. Le tout est porté à ébullition jusqu’à obtenir cette texture unique, lisse et tremblante.
Il existe aussi des versions industrielles. Elles sont fabriquées à base d’eau, de sucre et de pectine. On y trouve des colorants, des arômes, des additifs… Ce n’est pas vraiment ce que j’aime.
Aujourd’hui, j’ai envie de partager avec vous une recette maison. Une gelée faite à partir de vrais fruits, sans produits chimiques. Simple, naturelle… et surtout, délicieuse.
Les ingrédients pour la gelée de fruits (j’ai choisis des fraises).
Voici ce dont vous aurez besoin :
Pour la gelée :
- 400 g de fraises fraîches
- 1 verre d’eau
- 200 g de sucre
- Quelques gouttes de citron
Pour la décoration :
- 1 banane
- 1 pomme
- 1 kiwi
- 100 g d’ananas
- 50 g de cerises dénoyautées
Préparation facile, effet garanti.
Commencez par laver et équeuter les fraises.
Dans une casserole, versez l’eau.
Ajoutez les fraises. Mixez le tout jusqu’à obtenir un liquide bien lisse.
Faites chauffer doucement jusqu’à frémissement.
Versez ensuite le sucre. Remuez.
Ajoutez la gélatine en pluie fine tout en continuant à mélanger.
Quand tout est bien dissous, retirez du feu.
Versez ce mélange dans un moule.
Laissez-le refroidir à température ambiante.
Pendant ce temps, épluchez et découpez les fruits pour la décoration.
Une fois la gelée tiède mais encore souple, disposez les fruits sur le dessus.
Mettez le tout au réfrigérateur pour 12 heures.
Un dessert léger, fruité, plein de fraîcheur.
Démoulez avec soin.
Servez bien frais.
C’est un dessert coloré, léger, et vraiment bon.
Pas de conservateurs. Pas d’excès. Juste du fruit, un peu de sucre et beaucoup d’amour.
