Le Royaume-Uni lance la vaccination contre le Covid-19.
Mardi 8 décembre passé, le Royaume-Uni a commencé à distribuer le vaccin contre le Covid-19 mis au point par le laboratoire américain Pfizer et son partenaire allemand BioNTech. Il a été suivi par les États-Unis, le Canada, le Bahreïn et le Mexique.
L’Europe s’apprête à valider le vaccin Pfizer-BioNTech.
L’Agence européenne des médicaments a annoncé qu’elle se réunirait afin de rendre un avis sur le vaccin Pfizer-BioNTech. Selon Ursula von der Leyen, présidente de la Commission, les premiers Européens pourraient être vaccinés avant la fin 2020.
Des rumeurs et une paralysie faciale temporaire causée par le vaccin Pfizer-BioNTech.
Les campagnes de vaccination alimentent déjà des rumeurs sur les réseaux sociaux. Un document daté du 10 décembre, émis par l’Agence américaine des médicaments, signale que quatre participants aux tests du vaccin Pfizer-BioNTech ont développé une paralysie faciale temporaire appelée paralysie de Bell. Cette atteinte du nerf facial peut entraîner une paralysie du visage. Elle peut survenir à tout âge et les facteurs de risque incluent la grossesse, l’obésité, l’hypertension, le diabète et certaines affections respiratoires. Mais il n’est pas certain que cette paralysie soit un effet secondaire du vaccin Pfizer-BioNTech.
Des effets secondaires identifiés.
Le vaccin a montré des effets secondaires, notamment : fatigue, maux de tête, frissons, courbatures, fièvre et fortes allergies.
Les interrogations autour de l’ARN messager.
Malgré les garanties apportées par les agences médicales, certains scientifiques expriment des doutes. Le professeur Christian, chef du service des maladies infectieuses à l’hôpital de Garches, évoque un « risque réel de transformer nos gènes définitivement». Les vaccins Pfizer/BioNTech et Moderna sont des vaccins à ARN messager. Ce type n’a jamais été utilisé à grande échelle, ce qui suscite des interrogations. L’ADN reste dans le noyau de la cellule, alors que l’ARN messager est introduit dans le cytoplasme, où sont fabriquées les protéines.
Le fonctionnement du vaccin Pfizer-BioNTech.
Le principe est d’introduire dans les cellules des « recettes » temporaires pour fabriquer la protéine Spike du coronavirus. Cela permettrait à l’organisme de produire des anticorps. Cet ARN messager ne modifie pas l’ADN. Seuls les rétrovirus comme le VIH sont capables de rétro-transcrire l’ARN en ADN.

Le professeur ajoute : « Beaucoup de Français ont été hypnotisés par la politique de la peur ». Il critique les prévisions alarmistes et l’usage généralisé des masques, qu’il juge inefficace pour enrayer l’épidémie. Selon lui, les mesures sanitaires devraient être ciblées sur les personnes à risque. Il plaide pour un traitement précoce avec l’hydroxychloroquine et l’azithromycine, dont l’efficacité serait prouvée si administrés tôt. Il remet en question l’intérêt d’un vaccin généralisé pour une maladie à faible mortalité.
Des vaccins assimilés à des thérapies géniques.
Le professeur qualifie ces vaccins de « produits de thérapie génique ». Il alerte sur le risque d’une production excessive de protéines virales pouvant entraîner des réactions incontrôlées. DR. Christian souligne que des rétrovirus endogènes peuvent rétro-transcrire l’ARN en ADN et intégrer ce dernier dans nos chromosomes, ce qui pourrait modifier nos gènes de façon permanente. Il mentionne aussi le risque d’une transmission génétique à nos enfants si les cellules sexuelles sont affectées.
Un appel à la prudence et à la liberté.
Il conclut en dénonçant un projet inquiétant, qualifiant les promoteurs de ces vaccins d’« apprentis sorciers ». Il invite à dire non à cette logique et à laisser place à la science, à l’éthique médicale et au bon sens.
Mon avis personnel.
Je laisse à mes lecteurs la liberté de choisir s’ils veulent se faire vacciner par cet élixir. Personnellement, je n’ai aucune envie de me retrouver un matin transformée en aubergine ou, mieux encore, en courgette.
