
Qui peut résister à un gâteau au chocolat vegan ?
Qui n’aime pas le chocolat ? Et qui pourrait refuser un bon gâteau au chocolat vegan ? Sûrement pas moi ! Alors j’ai décidé de préparer ce délicieux gâteau et de partager la recette avec vous.
Ingrédients pour un gâteau au chocolat vegan réussi.
Pour le gâteau :
- 340 g de farine de blé
- 60 g de cacao en poudre
- 240 g de sucre semoule
- 1/2 sachet de levure chimique
- 400 ml de lait de soja
- 160 ml d’huile végétale neutre en goût
- 1/4 de c. à café de sel
- 1 c. à café de café soluble (pour intensifier le goût du cacao)
Pour la ganache au chocolat :
- 200 g de chocolat noir à pâtisser
- 200 g de crème de soja
- 1/2 c. à café de fleur de sel

Préparation étape par étape.
1. Préchauffez le four.
Préchauffez votre four à 180°C.
2. Mélangez les ingrédients secs.
Dans un saladier, versez la farine, le cacao, le sucre, la levure, le sel et le café soluble.
Mélangez soigneusement pour homogénéiser.
3. Ajoutez les liquides.
Incorporez le lait de soja et l’huile végétale.
Mélangez doucement, juste assez pour obtenir une pâte lisse.
Évitez de trop travailler la pâte.
4. Préparez le moule.
Tapotez légèrement le saladier pour faire remonter les bulles d’air.
Versez la pâte dans un moule huilé et fariné.
5. Faites cuire le gâteau.
Enfournez pour environ 50 minutes.
Vérifiez la cuisson en plantant un couteau au centre : elle doit ressortir sèche.
Laissez tiédir avant de démouler.

Préparer une ganache gourmande et végan.
1. Chauffez la crème de soja.
Faites chauffer la crème jusqu’à ébullition.
2. Versez sur le chocolat.
Coupez le chocolat noir en petits morceaux.
Versez la crème chaude dessus.
Remuez délicatement avec une cuillère (évitez le fouet).
Vous devez obtenir une ganache lisse et brillante.
3. Corrigez si nécessaire
S’il reste quelques morceaux de chocolat, réchauffez au bain-marie ou quelques secondes au micro-ondes.

Le glaçage du gâteau au chocolat végan.
Versez la ganache sur le gâteau bien refroidi (c’est important).
Sinon, elle risque de couler ou de pénétrer dans la mie.
Lissez la surface avec une spatule.
Ajoutez une touche finale : une pincée de fleur de sel.

Je vous recommande de déguster ce gâteau au chocolat vegan à température ambiante. La ganache sera fondante et le gâteau plus moelleux.
Cependant, pour la conservation, gardez-le au frais à cause de la ganache.
