Appliquez-le sur votre visage et laissez-le agir pendant 5 minutes maximum avant de le rincer. Veillez à nettoyer votre visage avant de poser le masque et à l’hydrater après le masque. Si vous souffrez d’irritations et de démangeaisons, le bicarbonate peut également vous aider. Il peut soulager un grand nombre de démangeaisons, qu’elles soient dues à des troubles cutanés tels que l’eczéma et l’urticaire, ou à d’autres problèmes plus occasionnels, tels que de simples rougeurs.
Pour cela, il vous suffit de prendre un bain dans lequel vous aurez versé une demi-tasse de bicarbonate de soude. Celui-ci aide à diminuer les effets du calcaire, qui peuvent entraîner de nombreuses démangeaisons si votre eau en contient trop. De plus, il a également des vertus relaxantes. Parfait pour un moment détente juste avant d’aller dormir !
4) Pour blanchir les dents!

Vos dents vous paraissent trop jaunes ou tachées. Essayez le bicarbonate de soude ! En plus de blanchir les dents, il les nettoie et se débarrasse du tartre qui s’y pose. Pour cela, versez un peu de bicarbonate de soude sur votre brosse à dents humidifiée et lavez-vous les dents comme vous le feriez avec tout autre dentifrice. Mais par mesure de précaution, limitez donc son usage à une à deux fois par semaine.
