Parmi les incontournables de l’alimentation végétalienne, cette recette végane de cream cheese au yaourt de soja fait figure de favorite.
Elle est légère, onctueuse, savoureuse, et ne contient aucun ingrédient d’origine animale.
Elle convient donc parfaitement aux intolérants au lactose, aux végans, ou tout simplement à celles et ceux qui souhaitent manger plus sainement.
Inspirée du fameux labneh libanais, cette version végétale est aussi simple à réaliser qu’à déguster.
Les ingrédients indispensables pour cette recette végane.
Voici ce dont vous avez besoin pour cette délicieuse recette végane :
- 400 g de yaourt de soja nature non sucré
- Une belle poignée de ciboulette fraîche (ou de l’épinard ou du concombre, selon votre préférence)
- Quelques gouttes de jus de citron
- 1 cuillère à soupe d’ail en poudre
- Une pincée d’ail en poudre supplémentaire
- Une pincée de sel rose
- Poivre noir fraîchement moulu
- 1 cuillère de levure maltée
- La levure maltée riche en vitamines B et minéraux, idéale pour renforcer une alimentation végétale équilibrée.
Préparation de la cream cheese végane.
Pour obtenir une consistance parfaite, commencez la veille. Placez le yaourt de soja dans un tissu fin, comme une mousseline.
Disposez ce tissu au-dessus d’un bol, et laissez-le s’égoutter au réfrigérateur toute la nuit. Le lendemain, vous obtenez un yaourt épais et crémeux, proche d’un fromage frais végétal. Versez ce yaourt égoutté dans un bol, ajoutez-y le citron, l’ail, le sel, le poivre et la levure maltée. Ciselez finement la ciboulette et incorporez-la. Mélangez jusqu’à obtention d’une texture lisse et homogène.

Cette recette végane se déguste de multiples façons : sur du pain grillé, avec des crudités, dans un wrap ou en base de sauce. Son goût acidulé, frais et aillé plaira autant aux petits qu’aux grands.
Elle peut même remplacer une sauce à l’apéritif ou servir de garniture dans un sandwich végétarien gourmand.
C’est une solution simple, économique, et surtout ultra saine pour agrémenter vos repas au quotidien.
